OAC Request for Proposals

Carelon Behavioral Health is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain proposals for utilization of funds paid by the settling opioid distributors in Washington State.

Carelon Behavioral Health will select applicants in cooperation and collaboration with the Clark County Opioid Abatement Council (OAC). Each proposal will be reviewed for alignment with the Clark County priorities and One Washington Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
