North Central WA – Opioid Settlement

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the North Central Region Opioid Funds, effective today February 26, 2026. Carelon Behavioral Health, in partnership with the North Central Washington Opioid Abatement Council, invite eligible organizations to submit proposals for the effective use of Opioid Settlement Funds paid for by settling opioid distributors in Washington State.  Proposals must align with North Central Region’s identified priorities and demonstrate the capacity to effectively serve residents in the location you are applying for funds in.  For complete details, please refer to the attached RFP documents. Participating local governments include the counties of Chelan, Douglas, Grant & Okanogan as well as cities of East Wenatchee and Moses Lake. If you would like to apply for funds from multiple local governments, please be sure to check each respective box.
