HI-FYVE FYSPRT SUMMARY:

The HI-FYVE FYSPRT is dedicated to improving the behavioral health system for children, youth, and their families in Pierce County by actively involving those with lived experiences. This group is tri-led by family and youth leaders alongside system partners, ensuring that family and youth voices are central to decision-making processes. Hi-FYVE FYSPRT meetings provide a valuable platform for families to share their concerns, identify community needs, and influence the delivery of services. By focusing on family and youth-driven services, community-based support, and cultural competence, Hi-FYVE FYSPRT aims to break down barriers, develop actionable solutions, and foster partnerships that enhance the quality of care. Engaging in Hi-FYVE FYSPRT empowers families and ensures their insights are instrumental in shaping effective policies and services at both local and state levels.

HI-FYVE FYSPRT MISSION:

The mission of the HI-FYVE FYSPRT is to provide an equitable forum to bring all voices together to improve and strengthen the behavioral health systems of youth, families, and system partners into one regional entity.

HI-FYVE FYSPRT VISION:

The HI-FYVE FYSPRT vision is to proactively influence and provide leadership feedback from those with lived experience to address challenges and barriers faced by the behavioral health service system for children, youth, and families in Pierce County.
