Carelon Behavioral Health is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Responses (RFR) for the provision of youth-focused Mobile Rapid Response Services (MRSS) in Okanogan County.
Through this opportunity, we hope to identify a community partner that can help strengthen the local continuum of care by providing timely, youth-centered crisis response and stabilization services, while expanding access to crisis support for children, youth, and families throughout Okanogan County.

YOUTH NAVIGATOR PROGRAM

The North Central Youth Navigator program serve the counties of Okanogan, Chelan/Douglas, and Grant, ensuring that youth and families in these areas have access to essential behavioral health resources and support. Our programs aim to place children, youth, and families at the center of its efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support. Since March 2023, the two programs have successfully served over 330 youth and families.

Carelon Behavioral Health contracts with local providers to deliver services to individuals with a behavioral health need who are involved with the local criminal justice system or incarcerated in the local jails. Services are provided within the rules of the two state proviso funding sources: Criminal Justice Treatment Account and Jail Transition.
