CRISIS SERVICES

OKANOGAN COUNTY REQUEST FOR RESPONSES (RFR)

Carelon Behavioral Health is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Responses (RFR) for the provision of youth-focused Mobile Rapid Response Services (MRSS) in Okanogan County.
Through this opportunity, we hope to identify a community partner that can help strengthen the local continuum of care by providing timely, youth-centered crisis response and stabilization services, while expanding access to crisis support for children, youth, and families throughout Okanogan County.

PANGKALUSUGANG PANGKALUSUGAN AT PANG-ABUS NA ABUSO BLOCK GRANT

FAMILY YOUTH SYSTEM PARTNER ROUND TABLE (FYSPRT)

Ang North Central Washington Family Youth System Partner Round Table (NCWA FYSPRT) ay nakatuon na dalhin ang mga tinig ng kabataan, pamilya, at kasosyo sa system ng aming mga komunidad upang lumikha ng isang patas na forum na makakatulong sa form ng patakaran sa antas ng lokal at rehiyon. Kung ikaw o ang isang mahal ay nakaranas o kasalukuyang naka-enrol sa mga serbisyong pinondohan ng Medicaid alinman sa kalusugan ng pag-iisip at / o paggamit ng sangkap sa Chelan, Douglas, at mga Grant County at nais na ibahagi ang iyong mga karanasan at puna, kung gayon mangyaring alamin na ang mga host ng NCWA FYSPRT isang buwanang pagpupulong kung saan tulad ng may pag-iisip na mga indibidwal ay tumatalakay at sumusuporta sa isang bukas na dayalogo upang mapabuti ang mga serbisyo sa aming komunidad. YOUTH NAVIGATOR PROGRAM

The North Central Youth Navigator program serve the counties of Okanogan, Chelan/Douglas, and Grant, ensuring that youth and families in these areas have access to essential behavioral health resources and support. Our programs aim to place children, youth, and families at the center of its efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support. Since March 2023, the two programs have successfully served over 330 youth and families.

LONG-TERM INPATIENT PROGRAM Committee (CLIP) NG BATA

Ang North Central Washington Children's Long-Term Inpatient Program Committee (NCWA CLIP) ay binubuo ng iba`t ibang mga kinatawan ng ahensya at miyembro ng pamayanan na nagpupulong sa buwanang batayan upang matulungan ang gabay ng mga kabataan at pamilya sa pag-navigate sa pinaka-masinsinang, pinondohan ng publiko na panggagaling na psychiatric na paggamot na magagamit sa kanila . Ang mga serbisyo sa CLIP ay idinisenyo para sa kabataan sa pagitan ng edad na 5 hanggang 18 taong gulang. Ang pag-apply para sa pagpapatala ng CLIP ay ginagawa sa rehiyon ayon sa rehiyon ng isang lokal na komite na CLIP.

PROGRAMA NG CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Carelon Behavioral Health contracts with local providers to deliver services to individuals with a behavioral health need who are involved with the local criminal justice system or incarcerated in the local jails. Services are provided within the rules of the two state proviso funding sources: Criminal Justice Treatment Account and Jail Transition.
