FAMILY YOUTH SYSTEM PARTNER ROUND TABLE (FYSPRT)
The North Central Washington Family Youth System Partner Round Table (NCWA FYSPRT) is committed to bringing the voices of the youth, families, and system partners of our communities to create an equitable forum that will help form policy at the local and regional level. If you or a loved have experienced or are currently enrolled in Medicaid funded services either in mental health and / or substance use in the Chelan, Douglas, and Grant Counties and wish to share your experiences and feedback, then please know that the NCWA FYSPRT hosts a monthly meeting where like minded individuals discuss and support an open dialogue to improve the services in our community. A delicious dinner is provided to all and attending eligible youth will receive a modest gift card for active participation.

LONG-TERM INPATIENT PROGRAM Committee (CLIP) NG BATA
The North Central Washington Children’s Long-Term Inpatient Program Committee (NCWA CLIP) is composed of various agency representatives and community members that meet on a monthly basis to help guide youth and families in navigating the most intensive, publicly funded inpatient psychiatric treatment available to them. CLIP services are designed for youth between the ages of 5 to 18 years old. Applying for CLIP enrollment is done region by region by a locally organized CLIP committee.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OMBUDS
The Ombuds service provides free and confidential help when you have a concern or complaint about your behavioral health services. It is independent of Carelon Behavioral Health. The Ombuds service can help you with the grievance and appeals system. It can also help you file and assist you during an Administrative Fair hearing.

PROGRAMA NG CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Carelon Behavioral Health contracts with local providers to deliver services to individuals with a behavioral health need who are involved with the local criminal justice system or incarcerated in the local jails. Services are provided within the rules of the two state proviso funding sources: Criminal Justice Treatment Account and Jail Transition.
